How do I place an order?

There are two convenient ways to place your order:

1. Order Online with Cryptocurrency:

2. Order via Telegram with Specific Cryptocurrencies:

  • If you prefer, you can also reach out to us on Telegram to place your order.
  • We accept direct payments through Telegram for the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), USDC, Cardano (ADA), and Monero (XMR).
How long will it take to receive my order?

Product delivery would usually take between 6-15 days from checkout.

Do you have a customer service team?

What is your return and refund policy?

Beyond Peptides is committed to customer satisfaction.  However, due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or offer refunds. However if you believe your situation is an exceptional one, reach out to our support team and we’ll see what we can do.

Exceptions: We may consider a return or refund in limited circumstances, such as: 

  • Incorrect product received.
  • Damaged product upon arrival (with photographic evidence).

Process:  To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your request and provide further instructions if applicable.

Shipping costs:  For approved returns due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.  For other return reasons, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
