We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we make returning it hassle-free!
Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Products Eligible for Refunds
- A maximum of two opened products (including individual vials) will be accepted for a full refund within the 30-day window.
- After 30 days, we cannot guarantee a full refund or exchange, but we will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Exchanges
- We will issue you a refund and you can purchase your items again.
Refunds
- If you haven't received your product within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team. If, upon investigation, we determine the product is lost or undeliverable, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember, it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
